Shipping & Delivery Policy

For international buyers, our software products, services, and digital deliverables are provided through secure online channels only. No physical shipment is required. However, as per standard guidelines, for international orders, delivery confirmation is provided via official email communication once the service is ready or the project is delivered.

For domestic clients, orders are processed and initiated within 0–7 business days, or as per the agreed timeline during project confirmation. The delivery of our digital services will be confirmed to your registered email address provided at the time of purchase or registration.

Nazra Software Solutions is not liable for any delays caused due to communication issues, client feedback delays, or technical reasons beyond our control. We guarantee to initiate the service or hand over deliverables within the agreed timeline once the order and payment are confirmed.

Delivery of all digital files, website projects, or credentials will be made directly through email or secured file transfer.
